Before you apply, you can prepare by:

•	Compiling all documentation needed for applying as listed in the Informational Brochure .
•	Scheduling and reserving a time to attend the First Time Home Buyers Class. This class will be required if you are accepted into the Habitat program. Classes are held monthly. Our goal is to empower those with a housing need to become financially stable and prepare them to be successful homeowners.

Completed applications are reviewed by the Family Selection Committee and approved by our Board of Directors. Members of both are volunteers from throughout the community and all walks of life.
